These terms explain the current use of croprig.in, operated under the CropRig name. Contact ganaparthi@croprig.in with questions. Read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy.

What the website offers

CropRig accepts agricultural drone service requests and agent applications, and provides a farm-input reference catalogue. The website does not currently provide instant confirmed bookings, product checkout, online payment collection or an approved-agent login.

Service requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not reserve a date or create a promise to supply a service. The team must review location, field conditions, suitability and operator availability. Scope, timing, price, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or refund terms must be expressly agreed before a service begins. Do not rely on a requested date until the team confirms it.

Field conditions, weather, safety and operating restrictions may affect suitability or timing. No specific crop yield, cost saving or profit increase is guaranteed. “Less stress. More profit.” is our brand slogan, not a promise of a financial outcome.

Agent applications

An application is an expression of interest, not approval, employment, a partnership agreement or a guarantee of assignments or earnings. Credentials, equipment and operating arrangements may need verification before onboarding. Separate written arrangements may apply if you are accepted.

Product catalogue and prices

Catalogue entries are for reference only. They do not confirm inventory, dealer affiliation, product approval for your crop or suitability for drone spraying. Prices shown are dated third-party references for specified packs, not CropRig selling prices or live quotes. Local availability, taxes and delivery costs may differ. Online ordering is not enabled.

Do not treat catalogue text as agricultural or chemical-use advice. Obtain appropriate professional guidance and check the current product label and applicable requirements before purchase or use. We do not make a treatment recommendation through this catalogue.

Responsible use

Use the forms only if you are at least 18 and authorised to provide the submitted information. Supply accurate details. Do not send spam, impersonate others, upload sensitive documents into free-text fields or interfere with the website. Do not submit another person's details without their permission.

Content and external links

CropRig branding and original site content must not be used to suggest an unauthorised endorsement. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. External links are supplied for reference and do not make CropRig responsible for another site's content or transactions.

Availability and statutory rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may be unavailable or contain outdated information. Confirm important details directly with the team. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Specific service or supply arrangements may have additional agreed terms.
